Just recently my checking account has been charged for 159.95 twice. I did manage to get ahold of them, but they told me that they would send me a form to fill out. Well, that never happened. When I do get through they won't let me talk to a supervisor they just hang to you. This is not only my acount but my mothers too. I haven't had to pay the charge yet, but I have had to pay to ISF fees that were chared because of it. My bank has just told me that I can't file a form, but they can try to stop the charges. Now I have to get a new checking account because of this card I never applied for. I don't even have a card to show for these charges.
