This company solicited by fax. I checked out their references that they provided and I recieved favorable responses from the people they provided. They were obviously "plants".
Stay away from this company. They lie, cheat and steal. Sales person jason davis tells you what you want to hear and tele-ten does not honor.
I was told that they would provide 50 telemarketing leads at 3-4 per day. Since contracting with them on Jana 31 and starting the program on Feb 6th, I have recieved 9 leads, 5 of which I have disputed and the other leads were not valid (client said not interested in refinancing or had already refinanced). These folks also appear to be "plants" as well.
Robert Lee (principle) does not return phone calls. If you do catch him, he lies and says he will get back to you, or that the auto dialer has been down, or any other excuse.
If you do a contract make sure you put in it that you will receive an "X" amount of QUALIFIED leads per day or that your money will be refunded immediately. I bet they will not accept it on that basis.
I have not recieved a lead from this company since 02/13 (1 lead) and that was disputed. Robert Lee was going to call me by Wed. 2/22 and that did not happen.
