I received a phone call from a lady from a "suposed" financial institution named Oxford Bank. She explained their offer of a 2500 dollar credit card unsecured. With a one time start up fee of $249 taken from my checking account, I would receive a credit card in 2 weeks. Nothing ever arrived and that was over 2 months ago.
I called them several times and spoke with the same woman twice and she assured me that the card was coming in the mail. Apparently there were difficulties with the shipping service.
They are a scam. If you are a victim of this, please report it immediately. I have contacted my bank and I am pursuing legal action as well.
