Sps bought our contract from some other place and since then we have had nothing, but problems. We bought our home 2000 and sps got us in 2001. We fell behind in payments so they arranged a forebearance aggreement with us and charged outrages fees so we are still paying late fees and can't get refi because sps shows us late on payment 120 days the whole time we are on this forebearance. Even though we are making on time payments. They pay our taxes late. When you call sps they are all rude. I needed to pay a payment past the due date and i was told i should pay them 1st everytime no matter what (i need to feed my two children 1st) sps has made me wish i never bought a home i can't sell and i can't get away from sps. I admitt it was our fault for falling behind, but we have tired to make up for that and with all the lawyer fees and late fees they charged us it seems as we will pay for ever and our credit report is paying.
