Ripoff, will not answer question on how company works, do not send any money

I received a flyer in the mail from this company NEW START CO. It sounds really good. It is a envelope stuffing at home business. They promise you to make money every week depending on which group you choose to pay for.

Group 1 you earn $437 a week for 50 letters for $49.00

Group 2 you earn $655 a week for 75 letters for$69.00

Group 3 you earn $874 a week for 100 letters for $89.00

Group 4 you earn $1748 a week for 200 letters for $149.00

Then the catch phrase to make you really make you want to join is this. After 10 weeks of being with the company they will double your deposit what you paid to join. Sounds real good right

So I sent them an e-mail because I had some questions. And this is my question

I have seen lots of these before, but yours sound pretty good. But what I would like to know is when I finish my weeks worth of mailers, do i send the buld back to you and you mail them, or do I mail them out to these people on the label. Because I am trying to figure out do I get my full $ amount listed on which group I get, or do I get paid from which customer responds to your mailer.

Please answer this question for me, because sometime people do not read past the fingers and this is where money gets lost. So before I start the program I would like you to answer this question. I am lookin for a steady income working at home, and I am unemployed with no money coming in. I am going to borrow this money to start this up because you sound ligit.

One more thing. How comes I cannot find you in BBB or Rip of Report, are you not registered.

If they are registered why is it that I cannot locate them.
