USA Card Services advertises to assist people in setting up an Internet marketing business. I signed a 48 month lease for the credit card system to allow customers to purchase my products over the Internet. It became evident to me that something was wrong when they sent me a regular face to face credit card terminal that cannot be used over the Internet.
The lease is for 48 months at 107.00 per month. Their web site (usacardservices.com), says they will set up an online business. They are trying to force me to pay the $107.00 each month. They refuse to let me out of the lease. I have filed complaints with 5 other Government organizations.
Anything you can do to help me would be appreciated. I have been paying $107.00 per month since July. I closed my business almost a year ago. When my site was up and running any customers I may have had could not buy anything from me anyway because the site was such a bad one and not set up correctly by USA card services and there was no way for me to fix the problem.
