They promised a web site, but only gave a do it yourself setup. They were quite good about responding until I had a compaint. I asked them to prove they were ligitimate and I have recieved no response since. If you call you get put on hold.
They did not explain that the lease was for equipment that was only good when hooked-up to a phone. I do art shows and Fairs. Sorry no phone lines available.
They are killing our financial situation by take so much money out. The site I have worked on for months gets no hits. Someone said that something was not set up right on the part of the vender. But they say everything is just fine.
Has anyone heard of a suit against these guys yet?
I did some research and found an artical stating that American express will no longer allow they guys to process they cards. Visa and Mastercard were also going to pull out on these guys.
I have also heard that they leaked out info on 40 million people. Has anyone else heard anything about these guys?
