Compass Bank seems to get away with charging outrages fees, my son is in college and he went into orverdraft by 3.00 dollars. 2 weeks later when they finnally sent out an overdraft letter he was 78 dollars over drawn, not only are the fees outrageous, they take there time in notifing you about it.
We went through all of the information given us when the account was open and the Compass rep. Even admitted it was not given out, but that did not matter, after going as high as we could get, the final answer was we did not have the account open long enough to forgive the over drafts.
