Fairbanks capital sold our loan to gmac, but a year before the loan was sold... Our payment was lost and then found when the loan was sold to gmac. We never received credit for the mystery of the lost payment.
In the mean time gmac sucked us out of every dime that we had saved. We have finally aquired an attorney and have been to court once. The judge has ruled in our favor, but we still have to go to court again for a jury trial.
