I went surfing online for credit card deals to try and improve my own credit. I found North American Platinum, my original goal was to try and get approval for a loan, not another credit card. Come to find out, they depleted my meager funds for $179.00.
I don't have long distance on my phone, much less any kind of phone service in the least, so I cant contact them. The first thing i thought to do was to email my financial institution and find out if the charges can be reversed.
If so, I will need to find out what steps need to be taken to resolve this. I am also strongly convinced these companies need to be reported to the Better Business Bureau.
