Ripoff dishonest fradulent collections settled then said it was a mistake after payment was sent and said they needed more money or they would sue, won't return calls, makes continuous threats over the phone

Joseph, Steven and associates said that account would be paid in full if payment was sent immediately. Two months later they continued to say I owed them more money, I told them I had all the documentation showing that I paid account in full. They said that it was a mistake and the employee was fired (after they had just told me he was on vacation). I told them I had all the documents that were e-mailed to me by them and there response was "was it signed, because if it was not then it doesnt matter" I told him that it was signed and he hung up on me. They continue to make threats and I've even had a lawyer call and try to threaten me.

This company is fradulent and scam artists, they will be sued soon. Do not use this company for anything, it will be a horrible reflection of your company.
