I rcently got a letter from this company in the mail, and was in regards to MAgazine SOurce (a fraud compnay, with manynames, having a Class Action Lawsui against them at this time I am part of it) staing I was pulled from the case, and they proved debt was legit, I had already proved the magazine source was not a legit debt, and two years later I get this from Baker and Associates?
My husband called for me, was given run around and, told stuff that wasnt true that I had to call back to listen to tapes of me agreeing to over a 1000 in mag, that is right they stated I oreder over a 1000 in magazines? Ha ya right, so I called was told diffrent stuff that they didn't have tapes and that my husbnad agreed to the payment of a settlement for 400 bucks.
I asked to hear those tapes and stated what he had told me, woman got rude, flustered stated she was referring me back to magazine source and that she did nt have to take anything and hung up. DO NOT let this company get further with there fake "collection efforts".
