I filled out a partial application on www.7500credit.com. I then received an email from the "approval department" stating that they are trying to reach me.
They attempted to get me to call them and give them more information. I did not.
I have a credit monitoring service and received an alert the next day that Discover card checked my credit. I pulled my credit reports and saw that Verizon had also checked.
When I called Discover to ask about it, they gave me the New York address listed above along with a phone number as the infomation listed on my "application". The phone number was the number to 7500credit.com!
They had a Beverly Hills address in the emails they sent.

The phone number is always the same. When you call it, you get voicemail. The woman on the voicemail is obviously from New York and sounds like an idiot.
Thankfully, they didn't get anything in my name. I reported them to the FTC. Hopefully someone will shut them down.
