Triad finds ways everyday to promise their employees one thing, then turn around and do another. They just closed down their California collection center and advised all of the Texas employees that there will be plenty of room for growth and advancement. Did they promote anyone? NO! They brought in other employees from the outside and gave their current employees longer hours and reduced bonuses.
Because of this I turned in my resignation. When I had my exit interview I was prevented from giving them any reasons for my departure. If I no longer work there, what does it matter why I am upset. When I asked about my final paycheck, I was told that it was lost. When they finally located it it was no where near what was owed to me.
I have never been so glad to leave a company.
