Unable to obtain a pay off quote ripoff

I have tried for a month to request a pay off loan. It is impossible to get thru a real person on the line. Can someone provide with alternatives? I am even considering to make a trip to Ocwen's office either in Florida or Illiois, has someone one done that? Please help!
