2nd time this has happened with RG Crown Bank & Leasing, On October 06th I paid off two trucks that were financed with this bank, I called the bank and verified they had received the full payoffs and that they would forward me the two titles and a check refunding a security depoist of $4000.00, I spoke with a person who only id himself as Tony, he said the titles and refund was in the mail. A week later I called Tony back and he said the titles were lost and they would have to get new ones sent to me, within 10 days I should have the replacements and the check.

After waiting 2 weeks I called back and was told by Tony he forgot to apply for the replacements and was now going to do so and within 10 days I should have them, meanwhile the check's in the mail, still no refund of the $4000.00, Currently its been 25 days since I was last told the titles would be in and the refund is still not here. Tony will not come to the phone and I can't seem to get a response from the bank CEO " Victor Galan " either. I have lost the people interested in buying my trucks and I still do not have my refund... This is the second time with this same company, unfortunitly I do not record dates and times on the first occurance.
