Mail fraud lied to us and then took our money

I Recived A Letter Regarding A Pre Approved Credit Card With A $15,000 Line of Credit 0% Intrest 1st 12 Months. It read Check One: $37.00 Standard Processing and Delivery Or $43.00 Rush processing and delivery. Thank God I Made A Copy Of The Form They Had Sent Or I Would Have Never Knew That This Was A Fraud Company. I Sent The Check For $43.00 And They Cashed It But I Never Recived The Card I Began to Worry About Someone Else Reciving The Card And That Is What Brings Me Here. There was no phone number on this letter and so I looked to the internet for help. I Do Have Copies Of The Acceptance Certificate They Sent Also I Have The Cashed Check With The Account Number. Any help you can give me on this cituation would be greatly appreciated. ThomasPlainfield, Illinois
