I cannot wait to get this guy in front of a jury. He was an Account Representative when I first encountered him. He lives in the same community as us. He called us, we didn't call him. He told us he would take extra special care of us because we live in the same community. He tried to confuse us during the loan process. He tried to tell us we were late with a mortgage payment and he had to increase out interest shortly before our loan was to be closed. I had our current mortgage company at the time email his boss a letter saying we were never late, in fact, they sent a faxed copy and hard copy via next day air.
Ameriquest should be ashamed!!! Briam bionda should be hiding under a rock, however, based on previous writings of former ameriquest employees, it apears that they are taught to be dishonest and are taught to forge documents, lie about incomes, get appraisers to inflate the value of your home. They don't need rocks, they need jail cells!!!
BRIAN BIONDA was promoted to Branch Manager of the office in Wexford Pennsylvania shortly after he closed our loan. I had the former branch manager on my side after I brought him proof that BRIAN BIONDA WAS A TOTAL LIAR. That manager was fired because he had a heart and was honest. It's a shame!!! People like BRIAN BIONDA are winners for short time, then they have nothing.
I DRIVE BY HIS HOUSE AND SEE A BRAND NEW BOAT, SUV, TRUCK AND TOTALLY REMODELED HOME. There is noway this guy could afford to have and do these things on an honest salary for an honest job!
