Until today, I personally had never heard of fairbanks capital, then my mom just called me about an hour ago and told me that they were moving because the motgage company they were with messed them over. I wasn't sure I completely understood what was going on so I started looking on line and now I can't believe this is happening. I feel soo useless because I have no idea what I can do.
They originally had to file bankruptcy a few years ago due to this company, and then they just got this notice that told them that the house has been foreclosed and they have until the end of the month to move. I know that my story is no more sad than anyon else, I just want help. I'm 26 and I see something like this happening to my parents and it scares the hell out of me, I'm in the middle of trying to buy my first house and if this can happen to them what's going to happen to me or other people my age just starting out?
Please if anyone knows anything I can do to help my parents they only have until the end of november to find somewhere to live, and I know they can but they shouldn't have to!
