I intentionally overpaid the mortgage loan with $500 for four months. The company claimed that when PCFS Morgage sold my loan, i was in arrears for realestate taxes. Since the inception of my loan with PCFS, I had no agreement for them to pay the house taxes with the City of Pittsburgh. Since I had paid the City (a little late); when PCFS was notified, they paid the taxes and then billed me. My response was that they did not need to do that for I always pay my taxes at the end of the first quarter. The double payment matter never go reconciled.
PCFS received my payment of $1100.00 and became very nasty to work with; next I found out they had sold my account to Litton Loan the worst company on the face of the earth. Now I'm unable to get the money applied and they also took over $800 placed it in escrow and to this date; no one has rectified the problem. I called the Lawyers Referral Service in Houston, they referred me to an attorney who after hearing my complaint, probably went on line and saw that the company is under investigation and dropped me like a "hot" potatoe. What happened to the customer is always "right" and that I am due my day in court? If a class action is pending, please include me.
