My Name is Janet and I also hold a Mortgage with Providen Bank, and im here to tell you that these people are nothing but a bunch of crooks!!!
We have had our mortgage with these DUMMIES for the last 5 yrs and to date we still have not paid $1000 towards our principal. What is wrong with this pic??? Then we find out that they have NOT paid our TAXES but yet they have the nerve to send us a paper showing that they have been paid.
Well I went to the local court house to find out for sure and to no avail THE county Clerk says "NO THEY HAVE NOT BEEN PAID".
To which I show her the paper that was sent to me from PCFS. And again the clerk says they have not been paid and now PCFS is trying to take my house and im not gonna give it to em.
Then today we discover that our loan has been transferred to another company and now they are saying that we owe 46,000 on something that started out at 44,000 5 yrs ago??? What is wrong here??? They even went as far as raising our payments for the escrow to pay the taxes and MAN I GUESS THEY JUST DON'T WANNA PAY OUR TAXES.
And today we discover that we have no escrow account for our taxes and ins!!! What is wrong with this company??? They have even gone as far as calling me on a friday to inform us that (we) my husband and I are 8 payments behind on our mortgage.
If this has been the case don't you think that they would already have my house??? I am not giving it to them. I have never come upon a company that would make you talk to 18 different people in a 8 hr tellephone call.
Again this company has way to many indians and not enough CHEIFS. Also they have even had the nerve to call on Easter Sunday 2 yrs in a row and wake me up out of bed and tell us that we are 2-4-6 payments behind.
I tell them that I do my business between the hours of 9am and 5 pm call me during those hours and we will talk. But no they have to wait till as late as 11pm to call us.
But im sorry we do not do business that late at night and NEITHER SHOULD YOU. So I really feel sorry for anyone else that has any dealings with this company.
But when you try to return their call to them it says that their business hours are from 8am to 430 pm??? What is wrong here???
Last but not least, they say we don't make our payments on time& well our payments are due the 4th of every month and we pay by western union on the 3rd of every month but they purposley wait till after our grace period to post our payments.
To which they are making us late every month and causing more late fees to which im not gonna pay cause my payments are there on or before the due date.
I don't feel that I should have to pay for their mistakes.
Also tried to refinance after the 2nd yr and they have done something or another and screwed us out of being able to refiance. Then they have the nerve to report to the credit bureaus that we pay late every month when it is not true.
I have tried to resolve this with this company with no avail. Everytime that I call these people I am on the phone for at least 5 hrs and talk to at least 8 different people and never get a straight answer.
So to all people looking for a mortgage company DO NOT USE PCFS.
