Pinnacle Recovery is not interested in settling debt (s)!!! All this company wants to do is lie (state you never contacted them!), Argue (Diana Robertson only wants to argue on the phone and hang up!), and stall so that they can jack up the fees!!!
I have never had to deal with a company that does not want to be paid off and call and want to argue in my life!!! This company only wants to deal on their terms!
Word to the wise, if Diana Robertson calls, don't let her belittle you, just hang up on this nasty woman! I would advise anyone dealing with this company to document all correspondence with this company because you will probably end up in court!!!
