I have had a car loan through Onyx for 5 years. Oct is my last payment, but for some reason instead of the normal $497.54, it's $1500.00. Now that its Capital 1, I am going to relive a past nightmare. I have been timely for the past 4 years and I know I have a late charge, which is NOT included in the final balance. They continue to call and harass me eventhough I made a normal payment in October while I get an answer on why I hae such a high balance, they promised copies of my payments, but they still haven't come through. I seriously hope that the CEO of Onyx Acceptance burns in hell since selling to Capital 1 as this will now create nightmares for all.
