Never mind if someone has dipped into your account. Washington Mutual Bank will bann you from having an account anywhere in Nevada, even if it's their fault. Will change your name and others can access your account and take money out without your knowldedge or permission. Don't dare close your account because of problems you find with them or your account.
Washington Mutual/Citicorp Bank does not track down those that steal money from your account and are slow abount changing account numbers even if you have a police report for Identity theft. You wind up paying the fines for illegal overdrafts of accounts, especially checking accounts that have no supposed fees for having them. They change the terms and conditions without your knowledge!
Washington Mutual/Citicorp Bank illegally code your account to prevent you from opening or having an account anywhere. It has become worse since Citicorp bought them. They give faulty information to all of the credit reporting agencies.
