Ripoff consumer fraud ripoff

I received a letter that claimed to guarantee me a Gold card, with a credit limit of $15,000. I mailed in my $43.00, one time membership fee. They cashed my check on 3/6/02, and I have not heard anything from them since.

Now while looking for answers on the internet, I learn that once you get the card, you can only purchase items from their catalog. What a ripoff!

My letter states that I have a 30 day money back guarantee if I am not completely satisfied. I wonder if I will be able to do that.
