I ordered tickets online, but became suspicious because of discrepancies in the two confirmation emails I received. I then called them, but only get a voicemail system. Their "on-line live help" was never available. I finally called another ticket broker and asked if they had heard of these guys. They said that they are not reputable, and they gave me the companies "back line". I called that and reached Charlie who assured me everything was fine, and that my tickets would be sent out within a couple of weeks. I remained concerned and called them dozens of times, even on the back line, and there was not answer. I noticed that they were no longer advertising on Google any more, and concluded they were a ripoff. I then found that others had a similar experience on this site, and a put a hold on the charge to my credit card. These guys are a total scam, and hope that everyone similarly situated to me files a complaint with the local authorities so that they get these guys.
