Fraud, took 249. From my bank account without my consent or knowledge!

Simply debited 249.00 from my checking account. I have no idea what type of company this is but after checking and calling the phone number, i do know that they do not exist! My bank is conducting a fraud investigation. I do not know how they attained my banking information. So beware and check your bank statements!
