When receiving an offer of a credit card via a phone call I asked point blank if I could cancel upon receiving the card in the mail. I found out, yes I can cancel but not receive my money back. Also I was not told it was a card I had to pre-pay on to use.
Also again I didn't know there would be a monthly fee until I found the money had been withdrawn from my account. Again today I called to cancel. Yes I can cancel but will not receive back the $14. Dollars they took out. They are a very dishonest group out to rip you off.
