My husband and I had recieved a phone call from this company, about getting a credit card. They had taken out $249. Dollars, out of our checking account, before we got the card. That was done in July.
It is now October, and we still have not recieved the credit card. We have tried many times to call the company, but there is no answer or we are not in their area of recieving calls. We have even tried calling information for their number and no luck there either.
I was wondering if there is anything we can do to get our money back and how we go about doing that? Would like advice on what we can do, thank you for your help.
