Overdue Letter Arrived Only Two Days Before Payment Due Date

My problem with Majestic Visa, although they have been helpful is that I had fell behind with two payments and they sent me a letter that was dated almost two weeks, and when I received it. It was due 2 days later. There were no phones or no reminder letters.
