They sent me a valid preapproved Credit card with my name allready on it. Dangerous ripoff

The repor said URGENT-PREAPPROVED congratulation, your card has arrived call immediately to activate this card

It was preapproved for $6,500.00. And a bunch of fees and charges.

How can we allow this ripoff to stop?
What can we do to stop it?
Who are we going to call?

If someone was to get a hold of this out of my mail box or yours and call the # and Activate it, We would be in deep you know what.

Maybe the Attorney General's Office should be contacted

We must stop this immediately.
