I agreed to complete 6 Mcdonalds mystery shops for Gapbuster in the month of July. Of these 6 one address was provided wrong which I reported immeditly but recieve no end of phone calls for days following for what they called my lack of submitting required information.
However By August 15 I was to have received payment for then 7 jobs (I was eventually given the correct address)
however when the paymeny arrived I found I was out of pocket $77
I have sent over 6 e-mails to various places on the website that I can find and I have not had a single person contact me in an attempt to get the matter solved, this is a sharp contrast to only days eariier when they were calling me 5-6 times a day begging me to do jobs for them-they would respond to e-mails within minutes of requesting an assignment, they would call me within 10 minutes of needing information.
It appears they are efficent in getting in contact with you when they want something from you but magically the company doesnt seem to exsist when they owe you money...
My advice would be. AVOID! Or take VERY VERY VERY detailed notes of ALL conversations, e-mails and verbally agreed upon bonuses.
I have been mystery shopping for 4 years and work for 5 companies this is the first and only time I have been ripped off and completed ignored by a company.
