Ripoff, loan scams

I applied with packard financial for a loan they said they got me approved through a private lender because my credit is so bad but in order to get the loan i would have to secure an insurance policy up front, in which i did for a 1000.00 i sent to the private lender himself, after doing so i never got my loan and now they will not return my calls nor my emails. And i need my money back
