I have repeatedly called and spoken to various employees who berated me and were very condescending and contradicting to every statement I made about originally cancelling this card.
They said they could not issue a refund even though I had immediately called to cancel the card and also faxed the request as I was asked to when I called.
This company is definitely a ripp-off and unethical in the least.
