Billed Again for Fraudulent Charges Made With Card Number Only

My card was used in numerous places in including internet, all the party had was my number, used in motels etc, they never had my card, it was in my possession at all times.

Claim turned in, and they checked it out and rebilled me back for all fraud charges.
