I'm representing my friend because legal action is presently taking place.
Was introduced through businesspartners.com for start-up funding for business. Via businesspartners.com I received an email from James Mikal Lee Fowler (representing DREAM SPORTS FOUNDATION, LLC) to present my business plan to him, in Atlanta for funding. His Investor advisor Peter White (NEWBRIDGE CAPITAL GROUP, LLC, Universal Pacific) took business plan for review.
Dealing with Dream/Newbridge went normal. I went to lawyers to help check these guys out and was dodging lawyers that were also trying to scam. I guess I'm a snake magnet. Because a confidentially agreement was signed, I will not go into details but, the action I taking will not primarily be scamming money concern, everyone has complain about that. I made attempts to contact them and now they are avoiding me.
I make a point to call everyday. Just hear the phone pick up and hang-up. I called his friend, one time enemy and back again phone answering friend, only to hear a sweet lady say he's not in. Then to leave a message that may have scared them because my phone call was never returned. Well all an all I have taken another action which now is involving the government. Due terrorist deterrent laws, the confidentially agreement can now be voided and now a different angle has been taken.:)[ No Cops! (Or Mob:)]
I have just recently began requesting information for an investigation to submit to them. I know I won't get the money back. The most friendliest face they worked with will still be smiling as they will more than likely be arrested for a crime they never even remembered. Yes its a federal crime but everything is permissible... Now:) This may also be the end for businesspartners.com as well.
