This company has postcards all over town saying credit problems we can help. When you call the number on the card you talk to a rep. And she takes all of your information on the phone then she asked you to call back in about 15 to 20 minutes to see if you qualify through any of the banks. When you call back they tell you whether you were approved or not. The lady sets up an appointment for you to come in to pay for this card inwhich they are charging $85.00 for the first and $60.00 for every card there after.
I was approved through three banks. So i paid for two card which was $140.00. The information that was givin to me before i went there to pay for these cards were. Each card will have a total of $400 and in which you will have a pin number to go to atm machines and withdraw money off the card.
The bank will send these card to you directly to your home so when i got the appointment bring my i.D. And a bill with my address to show who i am and my address is correct. I went to the company at my appointed time and sat down and talked with terry skinner (rep.)
She gives me this one page contract with 5 lines for you to initial for their terms this is also a written guaranteed for a refund. We start asking questions as to how long have you been in business etc. Etc. Sounds to be a true company. Cards are suppose to come in 5 to 7 business days.
On the 7th day i receive a letter from the credit card company congratulating me on my approval through them. But there is ony a $300 credit limit in which I was told 400. Then the bank is taking out $250.00 in fees in which that only leaves $50.00 on the card i have paid $85.00 for.
I called the company about this letter i received in the mail and they put me on hold for 10 min. Because they didn't want to talk to me after i told them about the letter. I called them back and they kept giving me the run around about everyone was busy please hold, the lady you are looking for is busy with other customers. I got tired of it and went up to the company.
When asked about the letter nancy (c.S. Rep) claims this is the first time seeing this and maybe its because of my credit. I tell her no its in their actual contract so it goes for everyone. I tell her i just want my money back because you all lied. She tells me they can't and won't give me my money back because i was approved by the bank. I called the bank itself and talked to jan she told me she had never heard of this company these are free second chance credit card that you apply for on the internet.
Do not got to this company for your credit card needs. They will rip you off. I am still trying to get my money back. I have called news stations, legal aid. I had to call the police the day of the incident.
