This company took $299 from my checking account promising me a packet of info to fill out and send back in to recieve my usecured mastercard with a $2500 garaunteed spending limit. It's been almost 4 months and I hanvn't recieved anything!
When I call customer service I'm on hold for hours and then usually hung up on. When I did get through recently, the customer service rep (Mike Miller) even told me the company is ripping people off and there was nothing he could do about it on his end. How do these companies get away with this crap?
