Well it all started in may when this company started taking 49.95 out of my checking account every month. I found out and got the toll free number and called. It had been cancelled or soo they say.
The following month 49.95 came out of my account again. I once again called and cancelled my membership which I never signed up for in the first place. I dont know who these people are or how they have gotten my informtaion. Throughout all this i have been talking with the bank and they sent my affadavits to fill out so i did.
Then in June and July it happened again. I ended up closing my bank account and opening another one. The bank told me that they wouldnt be able to do anything for refunding me my money. I have looked at a copy of the computer generated check and i have another person on my check and the computer generated check does not have their name on it. So it should have not been paid anyways. I am going to continue to pursue this because i want my money back.
