Aspire Visa has breeched an agreement that was made in December in relation to my account. The agreement entailed closing the account and catching up on the past balance that had incurred because of a 29.99% default rate.
In December, an agreement was decided upon through a supervisor and was applied. The provisions entailed that the interest charges as well as the overlimit fees would be indefinitely waived as long as the minimum balance was paid on time monthly.
Since the agreement, I have maintained a payment amount four times higher than required by the card company.
In June, I received a bill that indicated that my minimum payment has been raised and I am currently being charged an interest rate of 29.99% as well as overlimit fees.
I have tried to contact Aspire Visa in reference to this dispute, however, the number supplied is unable to handle customer relations. My only alternative was to sent a certified letter as well as two seperate e-mails the company.
I have yet to receive a response in regards to this situation. I have continued to make "their" minimum payment in order to preserve my contract.
