I was about to close a loan today and send my "loan insurance" payment when my daughter just casually mentioned, "if it's not a ripoff". I consider myself a very smart business woman but I had not even considered that aspect. I looked up "Lotus Financial Services" online and found consumer complaints.com. THANK GOD!!! I then went to the BBB and found complaints there too. Victoria left me a voicemail yesterday with a new phone number and again today (the new number is a fax, but is 646-536-9090 and is a NY exchange) wanting to CLOSE. I contacted the Sheriff's office in Atlanta, GA and am waiting to hear back from them. PLEASE - keep reporting them. They have got to be stopped. Thanks.
