Hwever my mother recently passed away. Both of my parents names are on the original loan for the home, HFC says that my mothers name is not on the loan. Loan has increased through the years rather than decreased

I feel an investigation is needed, because my parents have financed their home through HFC for many years. My mother passed away on February 10th they are trying to say that the loan isn't covered by insurance. My fathers loan has increased over the years rather than decrease? He owes more now than what the original loan amount was. My father has also had to file bankruptcy in order to keep the house. They are rip off artists indeed! Something really needs to be done about them! Please help us! Thank you!
