Ripoff Refusal to remove inaccurate credit reports

I checked my credit and was suprized to find out I had a collections account for Union 76 handled by Calvary. I filed an investigation and told them that I did not apply for any gas card last year. I have contedted this two times I think and it remains on my credit report. This is BS.
