When we get paid we deposit our money in the Orrville branch on a Thursday evening. It is now 2 or 3 days before we are able to use the money to pay our bills. We deposited a 868. Check and our checks were bouncing. They charged 30. For each check that bounced. They said I was overdrawn 410.
When i called the bank to find out what was going on they said we paid your checks. Yes i understood that, but i had made 2 or 3 more deposits since. There was money in the accunt, I still dont know why they took so much money out of our account.
So when I put my pay of 1200.in the bank they said I only had 843. To pay my bills. So I payed bills on that balance. Then Thursday I put another check of 1023.in the bank. Our truck payment was taken out on Tuesday and my fricking check bounced again?
What is going on with this bank? When it was Wayne County Nat'l, we never had a problem with our deposits or our checking account. This bank sucks and I am changing banks because of this. I have never in my life had so much trouble with a bank as we have had with National City.
