Ripoff they repossesed my sons car and, ignorantly refused to try and resolve this matter Utah

RIP-OFF,, my som purchesed a car loan from chrysler finacial, and, even thou they new his credit was bad, they gave him the loan he made his first payment, and, his second payment but he had an un exspected exspence and, his money was all tied up he was gonna make a bouble payment this month but they repossed the car he and, i have tried talking to someone they are very rude and cold they won't let you talk to a supervisor, they want it paid in full witch he can't do. And without transpertation will lose his job. He wants to worlk with them but they won't give us the time of day they are very rude cold hearted people
