Ripoff

I was sent a letter saing that I was per-approved for a credit card with a credit limit of $10,000.00. And to send $37.00 to process the approval and that I would get my card within a week it's been almost a month and I still haven't received anything.'Till this day I have not received a letter or anything, they stole my $37.00!!!
