This company has a pattern of complaints concerning dissatisfaction with the company's service and misrepresentation of the results of the debt negotiation program, ripoff

I've been a client with this company since january. They have been taking money out of my checking account each month. I was told to believe that the money was going to the creditors that i had filed with this company.

I recently received a certified letter from the local clerk of courts, which is from a attorney representing one of the creditors that i had consolidated with this company. I've lift many message with this company asking someone to contact me to explain what is going on, NO Reply!

I have also report this company to their local "BBB". I just hope something positive comes out of all mess.
