My dear husband who forgets to check the consumer complaints before handing our bank account info out willy-nilly, ordered a one-time credit score report and now we have been charged again. After reading all the complaints here it appears that this will go on indefinitely unless I can have it stopped at my bank. I tried to call and had two different people hang up on me as soon as they found out I wasn't my husband. When I called the 3rd time, I told him if I was "disconnected" again I was reporting them here and at least he stayed on the line to explain their policy. How can people stand to work for these places? It has to be incredibly stressful so I am assuming they can't get jobs elsewhere. Next move, I'll have my husband call them but I am also going to call the bank first.
