I 1999, my loan was behind, two payment were put at the end of my loan.in 2001 I called them to make arrangement to make my late payment for October they said we have placed you in forclosure. I asked how was I in forclosure when I was only one month behind, they said if you late with you payment we bring the two payments to the front of the loan. This made me owe three months, I paid attorneys fees, late payments and the three payment came to 4512.00, after the forbearence was finsihed they put two payments back on the statement as a corporate advance to the sum of 898.00, we got behind in january this year they tried to do the same thing, I faxed of the other forbearence agreements to consumer avdocate department, they said even though you paid this money it was not applied and you still owe this. I told them that I had an attorney that would love to suit them, so they removed the fees. This month, my wife were trying to refinance with another company, but I forclosure on my credit report saying I am in forclosure now which I am not.
