Wyse Financial
Physical threats, menacing, abuse, harassment RIPOFF

I was contacted in May by Wyse Financial about a "bill" which a Mr Richard Landon said I still owed. This was a huge surprise to me as I had met my obligations in made 3 lump sum payments to Aarow Finance and paid the bill off. I have the original bank statements showing the words "Aarow Finance" and their withdrawals from my checking account on 3 occassions.

The only thing I never received from Aarow was a letter stating that the debt had been paid. A huge error on my part to not to ask for one.

This Richard Landon would not even listen to me about Aarow Finance. He screamed, he shouted, he menaced me, and he told me "I will get this money by any ways and means I can". I kept trying to tell this deranged person that I had paid the bill and I would send copies of my bank statements to him, proving that Aarow had taken the sums, however, I had a hip replacement the end of April and was not able to drive and was housebound. He threw a screaming fit, peppering it with threats and more harassment. I finally told him I would send $305.00 by the end of May, and I did. I figured I would pay up this $915.00 and then go to battle with Aarow and Wyse.

Three days after I sent the check I received a phonecall from Wyse. This was after I had written a letter to the manager and told him, point blank, about the tactics of R. Landon. And I also told him in the letter, never to call me again. I would honor the debt again, send the money owed but they were not to call me.

Well, they did.

I told this Mr Miller that I had also been busy, that I had contacted Denver Police Unit, BBB of Denver, Victims Assistance of Denver, COVA, Elder Fraud, Denver D.A., Victim Services and all was true -I contacted all these units. I also reminded Miller that I had said in my letter that every time they call me I am going to dial *57 and have their call sent to a trace station. And I will take measures to have the phones physically removed from his office.

At this point he became very whiney and I hung up on him. He had lied about the so-called paperwork being sent on May 23-I did not receive it until well into the following week. He refused to send me a receipt for my check, but that is ok-the cancelled check and my statement are my proof.

BBB of Denver contacted Wyse and I saw the reply Wyse sent them. They are furious to think I have accused them of extortion, threatening, menacing and possibly organized crime. Well, too bad. I have never been physically threatened in my 60 years and I am not going to back down now. If Wyse wants to send someone to break my kneecaps, well, then bring them on. I have already told several individuals if anything happens to me, please look intio Wyse Financial and Richard Landon.

I will pay this bill, but I have now managed to get the phone number for Aarow Finance so I can get a letter from them stating that this bill was paid in full in 2002. If anyone out there needs a letter of closure from Aarow, call 1-800 2746419. I am supposed to get this letter within 3-5 days. When I do, the first thing I am going to do is to make a copy and send it to Wyse. I want that $915.00 back.
